SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive and how will I know it's been shipped?
Giveaways/Promotions/Sweepstakes
In the instance of giveaways, promotional offers and sweepstakes may vary for shipping and processing times. Please see the appropriate product page for a description on the shipping details. This does not apply to discounts or sales, which have standard shipping procedures outlined below.
Purchases
Orders will be processed 7 days a week (except for holidays). Shipments will be placed during business hours, between Monday - Friday. Please allow for 3 - 4 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped you will receive confirmation the order is on its way.
Shipping options will be available at checkout. Prices may vary depending on your location. Please keep in mind the estimated time is from when it has been shipped.
Please note unexpected carrier delays may occur which are beyond our control. If you notice your order is experiencing a delay, please reach out to us (CONTACT US), and we'll do our best to assist you if possible.
*Please note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?
FOSH is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Any international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which the customer will be responsible for. The policies and limits for duty-free packages are set by your local customs authorities. Please check your with your local customs further info on their policies and procedures.
What if my package hasn't arrived on time?

WARRANTY (WRIST WATCHES)
What is your warranty policy?
At FOSH we offer a one year limited manufacturers warranty on all of our watches.
All *merch* such as hats, notebooks, and masks are not covered under this warranty, and do not have any coverage.
What is covered under my warranty?
The warranty covers all material or workmanship defects with your unit.
The warranty does not cover:
-Straps, glass or batteries
-Internal or external damage resulting from excessive wear, improper use or mishandling
-Damage resulting from service provided by an unauthorized service center
My watch is broken under warranty, how do I return it?
Please use our CONTACT US page or email support@foshwatches.com with your warranty inquiry and we'll promptly send you instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Please make sure to note your model and order number found on your original receipt in your inquiry.

What is your warranty policy?
At FOSH we stand behind our products, and strive to make shopping online seamless and remove any and all risk in shopping online. We offer on all wallets and card holders (*The Bolt* collection) a 1 year and 3 year manufacturers warranty respectively.
